Procedure as follows:
- Fill out the form found here: (PART-RETURNS-FORM.docx)
- After filling up the form, send a copy of this form to orders@coinopgroup.com , copy office@koalakrane.com for approval.
- Once you receive approval, and only then, should you send the products.
- Anything received without prior approval may not be processed and could be returned to you without processing, freight charges will apply.
- Once we receive the approved products, we will inspect them and notify if they comply with our ‘Stock Returns Policy’.
- If approved a credit note will then be issued and applied to your account and a copy will be sent to you.
Stock Returns Policy:
- To be eligible for a credit, stock must be returned within 4 months of purchase.
- Returns form must be attached with the returned stock in order for a credit to be considered.
- Returned stock must be accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice.
- Dirty toys or balls will not be credited.
- Over inflated balls will not be credited.
- Stock purchased in a mix will be credited at the price for the type of toy in the mix.
- Specials are non-returnable.
- Indents are non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item)
- Returned stock will incur a 20% restocking fee
