- The warranty period begins on the purchase date. To confirm warranty eligibility, the serial number or identifying number for each part must be provided to the Inventory/Finance team when the part is dispatched. This information will be included on your invoice as proof of purchase.

- Raspberry Pi: Warranty verified by Teamviewer ID on a tamper-proof sticker (stickers will be provided).

- Routers: Warranty verified by the manufacturer’s serial number.

- Note Readers: Warranty verified by the manufacturer’s serial number.

- Coin Mechs: Warranty verified by the manufacturer’s serial number.

- ADVAM Terminals: Warranty verified by the manufacturer’s serial number.

- Main Boards: Warranty verified by the CoinOp-supplied serial number on a tamper-proof sticker (stickers will be provided).

- No other parts will carry an explicit warranty under this agreement. However, if you experience issues with any other parts, including power supplies, these will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
