• If your RasPi requires service outside of the warranty period and you wish to exchange it, you will need to place an order for a new RasPi through the KKShop. The new unit will be dispatched and invoiced at full price, with a 30-day payment term. 
  • Please ensure that the faulty RasPi is returned to the Perth warehouse for inspection within 21 days of receiving your replacement. 
  • Upon receipt, the RasPi will be verified as genuine and tested by our team in Perth. 
  • If the returned RasPi is found to be fully functional (for example, if only a new ID was required), we will issue a credit for the invoice value, excluding freight charges. 
  • If only the SD Card is determined to be faulty, you will receive a credit for the RasPi itself, but not for the SD card or freight costs. 
  • If both the SD Card and the RasPi are confirmed to be faulty, the invoice amount will remain due in full.
