How to order spare parts

  1. Place Your Order via KKShop: 
    1. All spare parts orders must be submitted through the KKShop. 
    2. Ensure your order meets the minimum value requirement of $150 before proceeding. 
  2. Follow the Standard Order Picking Process: 
    1. Adhere to the established procedures for order picking to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 
  3. Understand Shipping Procedures: 
    1. If your order is split between Melbourne and Perth due to Tap & Play parts being in Perth, we only charge freight from Melbourne (including freight markup). 
    2. If your order is shipped solely from Perth, carefully review the shipping cost before applying any freight markup, especially if costs are already high. 
  4. Maintain Recommended Inventory: 
    1. Review the list of suggested spare parts (to be provided, adapted from the CoinOp list) to maintain an adequate inventory. 
  5. Payment Terms: 
    1. 90-day payment terms are available on large parts orders to help you stock up efficiently.
