In replacing the fuses, one must just gently pull out the blown fuse and replace it with the same value.
Each fuse corresponds to different errors and areas:

  • FB (Front Back) Fuse – Burnt/broken fuse can cause (Error 07 – Front-stop switch not reached.)
  • LR (Left Right) Fuse – Burnt/broken fuse can cause (Error 05 – Left-right motor blocked for over 3 seconds.)
  • CW (Claw) Fuse – Burnt/broken fuse will cause the claw to not close
  • UD (Up Down) Fuse – Burnt/broken fuse can cause (Error 01, 03, and 04 – Up-down motion of the claw issue.)
  • How to identify a damaged fuse.

  • Look through the fuse: If the metal wire inside is broken or you see black/burn marks, it’s blown.
  • Cloudy or darkened glass also indicates a blown fuse.

    To remove the fuse safely please have the machine turned off. There is usually a reason a fuse has blown, please check the coil wire and the loom for damage.
