Compliance may not be the most exciting part of our business but doing all the small things right gives us a solid foundation to work from and achieve our goals. 

 

It is a basic requirement that each franchisee must adhere to. Compliance include the following:

  • Visits – All sublicences machines must be visited every week as this is part of the agreement we have with the shopping centres. Independent sites must be visited at least twice a month to ensure that no machine runs out of toys.

 

  • Test and Tags – it is crucial that franchisees operate safe and tested machines. A compliance tag must be filled out, signed and affixed to the back of the machine and to the cord. Tagging and testing is an annual requirement.

 

  • Public Liability Insurance – It is essential that you maintain a Public Liability Insurance Policy to $20,000,000. This policy protects you from extremely rare occurrences such as a machine catching fire, burning down a venue, or a machine electrocuting someone and you being sued.
