Machine movement prerequisites:
WH to Site:
- Machines tagged as in a warehouse – this means it can be moved without a previous collection transaction.
Site to WH:
- Machines cannot be requested to be moved without a final collection transaction.
Site to Site:
- Machines cannot be requested to be moved without a final collection transaction.
All machine movements must be performed through the Smart App.
- To request movement, go to Machines and look for the machine you wish to move. Alternatively, you can scan the machine’s QR code to be easily redirected to the machine.
- Tap on
icon to request movement. - Fill in the required details and upload the necessary photos. Don’t forget to specify the reason for movement.
- You can submit the request once all fields have been completed.
For new sites, remember to enter the site’s full details (route, area, site type, etc.) as well as the commission rate.
