Step 1:
Ensure you have the correct gantry head.
Step 2:
Play a test game and turn off to give red cord length so it can be unravelled and removed.
Step 3:
Remove the front cover. Then unplug the loom from the top of the cover and unclip the gantry wire form the grey clip inside the gantry top.
Step 4:
Move the loose gantry head into the centre of the rail and push the rail apart with your thumbs on the gantry wheels to pry it out.
Step 5:
Remove the claw if needed by unravelling and unscrewing from the spool wheel and disconnecting the coil wires.
Step 6:
Install the claw into the new gantry before putting it back on the rail.
Step 7:
Get the new gantry head on in the reverse of the same way it came off. Hook the back wheels on first and pry open the rails to get it back on, ensuring the wheels are on the rail properly and the gantry wiring is behind the rail.
Step 8:
Slide the top back on and plug in with the cable behind the rail into the grey clip, cable tying the wires to the top.
Step 9:
Turn the machine back on, hold the claw and red cord to let it feed into the gantry again without getting tangled, then test before putting the front plate back on
