Franchise Fee
On or about 6th of each month, all machines’ income is being finalized.
A 6% franchise fee is levied against net turnover.
Recurring Fee
(applicable to all who have sublicenced machines)
The franchisee is required to pay a monthly charge for each sublicence that is equal to the machine’s monthly takings (excluding GST) multiplied by the sublicence fee % (specified in the SL Agreement Schedule A),
or the minimum monthly sublicence fee, whichever is larger.
Tap and Play Reimbursement
(applicable to all who purchased Tap and Play units)
Koalakrane (or CoinOp as agent for Koalakrane) facilitates online payments of $5.40 and remits $5.00 (less transaction charge) to the Franchisee’s nominated bank account twice per month as follows:
(a) On or about 7th of each month for transactions between 16th to 31st of the previous month
(b) On or about 21st of each month for transactions between 1st to 15th of that month
*SIM card charges cost $8 per month(plus GST).
Note: If a Franchisee has an invoice outstanding when payment is due, then the funds to be transferred will not be remitted but will be applied to the amount outstanding.
